Europe slips on oil, telcos
European markets slipped Tuesday, with oil shares sliding ahead of a likely cut in OPEC crude output, while telcos added to the downward momentum.
Japan, HK edge higher Asian markets made modest gains Tuesday with many eyes on corporate earnings and data due out later this week on Wall Street.
Europe up slightly at close Europe's major bourses ended slightly higher Monday, while investors awaited the release of key U.S. economic data and corporate earnings later this week.
